This policy explains what Muhurata collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
That is all. We do not collect your address, your email, or anything you have not typed into the form yourself. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
Birth date, time and place are what a chart is calculated from. Without an accurate time of birth the ascendant is wrong, so the detail matters. Your phone number is used to send the reading you asked for. Your name is used to address it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not publish your chart or show it to anyone else.
Two services process data on our behalf: Formspree, which receives form submissions, and Meta, which delivers WhatsApp messages. Both are bound by their own terms. Chart calculations happen on our own server and are not sent anywhere else.
Charts are cached so that a repeat request does not recalculate from scratch. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete the lead record and the cached chart.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@muhurata.com and we will action it. There is no form to fill in and we will not ask you why.
Muhurata is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect birth details of minors. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete them.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, tell you on WhatsApp.
